Rupee gains by 13 paise against US dollar

The Indian rupee appreciated by 13 paise to 44 Rupees 30 paise against the US dollar in early trade. The local currency resumed higher at 44.30 rupees per dollar as against the previous session's close of 44.43 rupees. It hovered in a range between 44.30 and 44.38 rupees in morning deals.

Oil price in Asian trade
