Canadian authorities charge three men to plot to explode bomb in Ottawa

The Canadian authorities have charged three men in connection with an alleged plot to explode a bomb in the capital Ottawa. Police said, the men were part of a group linked to the insurgents in Afghanistan and that the bomb making material and instructions for making the bomb have been seized.
