Rupee depreciates 8 paise against dollar

The Indian rupee depreciated by 8 paise to 45.34 rupees per dollar in early trade today. It had closed at 45.26 rupees against the greenback in the previous session. Forex dealers said a weak opening in the stock market due to foreign fund outflows put pressure on the Indian rupee.

Oil rises in Asian trade
