MGNREGA rates revised : Jairam

The Government has revised wage rates under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) last month. Giving this information in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha, the Minister of Rural Development, Jairam Ramesh said the revised rates are effective from 1st of April.
