33 killed in Ugandan boat mishap

At least 33 people have been killed when a boat capsized on Uganda's Lake Albert.According to reports, the boat was carrying some 70 to 80 people when it sank, while only a few survivors have been rescued. Overloading is said to be the cause of the disaster.
