Former Ugandan Prez Binaisa passes away

Uganda's former President Godfrey Binaisa is dead. According to Ugandan government Binaisa, 90, died of cardiac arrest this morning. He was appointed President of Uganda on June 20, 1979 and his presidency only lasted for nearly one year.
