Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Ajai Malhotra has said that all religions flourish in India. India has a long-standing tradition of treating each one of them with full and equal respect, he said. Speaking at the occasion of Iftar, hosted by Indian Embassy Ambassador Malhotra stressed that India took great pride in its unity in rich diversity with a strong secular tradition. Its ability to resolve issues through dialogue and democratic means is well known. Amongst those who attended the Iftar were Member of Parliament from Jammu and Kashmir, Mohammad Shafi, prominent Kuwaitis, distinguished Ambassadors, representatives of the Indian community in Kuwait, and other dignitaries.
