Gold prices fall by Rs 110

Gold prices fell 110 rupees, to 18,340 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, on Thursday. Silver ready dropped 350 rupees, to 28,950 rupees per kilo.In the overseas markets, gold fell one percent, to 1,182.35 dollars an ounce.

Oil prices rise

Oil prices rose towards 71 USD a barrel in Asian trade today.New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in June, gained 1.09 USD to 70.96 USD a barrel. The contract will expire later today.Brent North Sea crude for July delivery was up 37 cents to 74.06 US Dollars.

Rupee appreciates by 13 paise against dollar
