Malaysia Open Badminton: P. V. Sindhu and P Kashyap advance to pre-quarter finals in singles category

In Badminton, Olympic medallist P. V. Sindhu advanced to the pre-quarter finals of Malaysia Open in Kuala Lumpur today. She beat Thailand's Pornpawee Chochuwong 21-13, 21-17 to enter into the second round. Parupalli Kashyap also progressed to the 2nd round in the men's singles.
