Gold up by Rs 158 to Rs 50,980 per 10 gram

Gold prices rose 158 rupees to 50,980 rupees per 10 gram in the Delhi bullion market. Silver also gained 697 rupees to 62,043 rupees per kilogram.   In intra-day trade, Brent crude prices were trading around 41 dollars per barrel while WTI crude prices were around 38 dollars and 80 cents per barrel.
