In the Men's Hockey World Cup, India on Thursday lost to Netherlands 2-1 in a quarter-final encounter at Bhubaneswar.

Netherlands will clash with Australia in the Semifinals on Saturday. 

In Thursday's another quarterfinal, Belgium defeated Germany 2-1. 

With this win, Belgium has secured a berth in the semifinals. 

They will take on England on Saturday in the semifinals.
