In football, the Indian Under-16 team lost 1-3 to Thailand in the Four-Nation Hua Shan Cup CFA International Youth Football Tournament in Wei Nan City, China, today. 

The Indian colts started the match on an attacking note. However, Thailand surged into lead in the 41st minute. 

India restored parity in the 48th minute to make it 1-1. However, they conceded two late goals to Thailand.  

The Indian Under -16 team face South Korea next in their final match of the tournament on Saturday.
