Coal scam: Fresh cases filed against K.R. Birla & ex-coal secy Parekh

CBI has filed fresh case against Industrialst Kumar Mangalam Birla in the coal allocation scam. CBI sources said that a fresh case has also been registered against former coal secretary, P C Parekh. Searches are going on in this connection at Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
