Oil continues to rise in Asian trade

Oil prices continued to rise high in Asian trade today on doubts about Venezuela&apos;s proposal to mediate in the crisis in oil-rich Libya. New York&apos;s light sweet crude rose 45 cents to 102.36 dollar per barrel while Brent North Sea crude was up 21 cents at 115 dollars per barrel.
