Facebook founder and chief Mark Zuckerberg has expressed disappointment on the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India TRAI's decision backing net neutrality. Zuckerberg said in a post on the Facebook on Monday, that the TRAI's dcision restricts one of the Internet.org's initiatives, Free Basics, as well as programmes by other organisations that provide free access to data.<br/><br/>Meanwhile in a statement, a Facebook spokesperson said the social media organization would continue with its efforts in India.<br/><br/>The statement added, Facebook's goal with Free Basics is to bring more people online with an open, non-exclusive and free platform.<br/><br/>India's Telecom watchdog TRAI earlier on Monday barred operators from charging different rates for Internet access based on the content.
