The government said it followed a zero tolerance policy towards aberrations in armed forces' behaviour with public. <br/><br/>Minister of State for Defence M M Pallam Raju commented on the incident in Srinagar where a 16 year-old boy, Zahid Farooq, was shot dead allegedly by a BSF soldier on February 5. He said such incidents will be dealt with strongly.
