Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari will visit China on July 6 to firm up a deal for supply of two new nuclear reactors to Islamabad. The announcement of the visit comes at a time when the US has asked China to clarify the details of the nuclear reactor deal between the two countries. Announcing the visit of Zardari, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Qin Gang defended the nuclear cooperation between the two countries saying that it was for civilian use and completely in line with the international obligations.
