YSR Congress calls for Seemandhra bandh tomorrow

Protests began in Seemandhra region against state bifurcation. State owned road transport corporation buses were withdrawn to depots at several places in the region following protests by supporters of united Andhra Pradesh. Rallies and demonstrations broke out soon after the Lok Sabha passed the state Reorganisation Bill. Some political parties including YSR Congress party, have called for a Bandh on Wednesday in the Seemandhra region.

YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy who was suspended last week for disruptions in the House, termed the decision as a “black day” for the country, Jagan Reddy alleged that democracy has been killed in broad day light.
