A Youth Parliament was held in GMC Balayogi Auditorium, Parliament Complex in New Delhi on Tuesday. Presiding over the function, Mr. V. Narayanasamy, Minister of State for Planning and Parliamentary Affairs appreciated the efforts of students and said that they are the future of Indian democracy. <br/><br/>He also gave away prizes to the winners. Shaurya Khanduri of Green Fields School won the best Speaker prize. 32 schools of Delhi had participated in the Youth Parliament Competition, 2009-10.<br/>
