India's Archana Girish Kamath has entered the semifinals in the table tennis event of the Youth Olympics. In the event being held in Buenos Aires, she overcame Azerbaijan's Nign Jing by 4 games to 3 in the quarterfinals.       
 
In the semifinals, Archana will take on China's Yingsha Sun. A win against the Chinese will put her into the medal round straightaway, failing which the Indian will have a shot at the playoff for the bronze.
