In Orissa, the five day long 15th national youth festival came to an end on Tuesday at Bhubneswar. A glittering function was organsied at Kalinga stadium where Chief Minister of Orissa, Mr Naveen Patnaik presented awards to the youth who won in different competitions held during the festival. <br/><br/>Union Minister of State for Youth affairs, and Sports Mr Pratik P Patil Olympic medal winner Vijender Singh were present at the concluding ceremony of the festival. More than five thousand delegates and representatives from all states and Union territories participated in the festival.
