Mr. Justice Iqbal Singh of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has said that the youth constitutes the foundation of our nation and their energies must be channelized into productive purposes. Speaking after inaugurating the seven-day National Integration Camp being conducted by the Chandigarh Yuvak Kendra, at the Gyani Gurmukh Singh Auditorium in Sector 24, here today, he appreciated the wonderful job done by the Kendra in providing opportunities to the youth by way of cultural exchanges and offering them new avenues of learning.<br/><br/>The seven-day camp is being attended by about 100 participants from seven states, Haryana, Punjab, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal, and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.<br/>
