Governor Manoj Sinha hosted the programme at Raj Bhawan which was attended by the students, Vice Chancellors of Kashmir and Jammu Universities, and the Heads of Institutions from various&nbsp; Higher Educational Institutions of the Union Territory.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;<br />''Addressing the students and Academicians, Lt Governor Manoj Sinha said that everyone has to work together to achieve the set target of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said the youth are ready to show their ability, skill, and ideas to make Viksit Bharat by 2047.&nbsp; Lt.Governor stated that it is a Sankalp of the Prime Minister to take the nation to be developed by 2047. Mr. Sinha remarked that the youth have a new vision and their ideas should be explored to achieve the Sankalp. He also informed that the J&amp;K government has enhanced the budgetary allocation in Education to provide better quality education to the students.</span><br />
