The Karnataka High Court will take up tomorrow the bail plea of former Chief Minister, B S Yeddyurappa. His judicial custody was extended till the 3rd of next month by the Lokayuktha court in Bangalore yesterday. Judge N K Sudhindra Rao also extended the custody of former Minister and MLA, Krishnaiah Setty. The court had remanded Yeddyurappa and Krishnaiah Setty to judicial custody in two cases of irregularities in de-notification of land. The Judge also ordered safe custody of passports of all the accused in the case.
