The bail plea hearing of former Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa was adjourned till the 8th of this month by Karnataka High Court today.The bail was sought by Yeddyurappa in the complaint of land denotification filed by Sirajin Basha.Judge B V Pinto sought some clarifications on the case from the petitioner and the prosecutor and adjourned the case for further hearing.Sirajin Basha has filed five complaints against Yeddyurappa, his sons, son-in-law and others for irregularities in the land denofication.In the remaining three cases Yeddyurappa has sought anticipatory bail. This case was also adjourned by Justice H Billappa of the High Court to November 8th on Thursday.Yeddyurappa’s Judicial Custody was extended to 15th of this month by the lower court on Thursday.AIR Correspondent adds that Yeddyurappa, who got bail in one of the complaints on Thursday, will still have to remain in custody till the High Court decides on the plea in the remaining complaint.
