Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, B.S. Yeddyurappa who is under Judicial custody, was shifted from Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology to Victoria Hospital today evening.He was admitted to Jayadeva Institute by the Jail authorities on Sunday at 1.40 am when he complained of back and chest pain. After remaining on observation for 48 hours, Yeddyurappa was discharged and shifted to Victoria Hospital.A Lokayukta special court had rejected his bail on a case filed by Sirajin Basha, alleging irregularities in de-notification of land benefiting his family members.Karnataka High Court has adjourned the bail application filed by Yeddyurappa till the 20th of this month.
