Embattled Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa today ruled out his resignation in the wake of the Lokayukta report indicting him on the illegal mining issue. Talking to reporters in Bangalore on his return from holiday in Mauritius he said, Lokayukta so far officially has not submitted the report to the Government. Yeddyurappa said, he will be able to reply to all the queries only after he receives the report from Lokayukta. The Chief Minister regretted phone tapping of Lokayuktha Justice Santosh Hegde and said his Government has no hand in it. Meanwhile, Lokayuktha has said the final report on illegal mining in the state will be submitted to the Government on Wednesday. In another development a larger bench of Karnataka High Court has taken up the petition of the Chief Minister seeking solace from sanction order issued by the Governor regarding land scam charges faced by him and his family members.
