In Karnataka, a Special Court today extended the judicial custody of former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappaupto November 3.Yeddyurappa, who was housed in the Central Jail, was produced before the court at the end of the judicial custody today and Judge N K Sudhindra Rao ordered extending his remand.The BJP leader, who is the main accused in a land scam case filed by Advocate Sarajin Basha, moved an interim bail plea before the High Court saying all the other accused, except former Minister Krishnaiah Setty were granted bail and hence, he should also be released on bail.
