Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has won the second trust vote in the state Assembly this morning.After the head count, Yeddyruppa led BJP Secured 106 votes, while opposition Congress and JDS managed 100 votes, thus winning the confidence motion by two votes.Later, the Speaker adjourned the House sine die after conducting the second floor test in the state within four days.The magic figure to scrape through the motion came down to 104 as two members, one each from BJP and JDS abstained from the House. This is the second floor test for the BJP government in the state within four days. AIR correspondent reports that in a new twist to the political crisis, the Karnataka High Court has ruled that the outcome of today's floor test in the Assembly will be subject to its final verdict on the disqualification of 16 MLAs, 11 from BJP and five Independents.The court has reserved orders on the petition of the 11 disqualified BJP MLAs till Monday when it will also hear the pleas of Independents. They were not allowed to cast vote in today's confidence motion.The second trial of strength for Mr Yeddyurappa, who won a controversial trust vote on Monday, came after Governor HR Bhardwaj's offer for a fresh vote.
