The Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa has denied that there is any plan of leadership change in the state. Speaking on the sidelines of a function in Banguluru on Thursday, Yeddyurappa termed newspaper reports on leadership change in the state as completely baseless.He informed that he has spoken to the BJP President Nitin Gadkari and there are no feelers received from the national leaders about his removal.He said, the investigation of the land scam charges will be handed over to a retired Supreme Court Judge and the Cabinet meeting scheduled today evening will take a decision to this effect.The Opposition in the State is demanding Chief Minister Yeddyurappa's ouster after the state politics has been rocked by a series of land scam charges against him and his cabinet ministers. It is alleged that the Chief Minister allotted prime denotified land to his sons and Cabinet collegues, at a rate much below the market price, flouting court orders and violating existing norms.
