The anticipatory bail petition of former Chief Minister of Karnataka, B S Yedyurappa was adjourned to June 1st.Judge Venkat Sudarshan of the CBI Special Court adjourned the case today at hearing objections on personal appearance of Yedyurappa and other accused in the illegal mining case filed by CBI.Yedyurappa, his two sons and son-in-law are charged of receiving kickbacks in the shape of donations to the trust run by their family members in return for favours to mining companies. The Judge allowed the counsel for Yedyurappa to begin arguments on the main petition seeking anticipatory bail.
