The factional feud in Karnataka’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has deepened. Former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa has attacked his successor DV Sadananda Gowda once again. In a bid to pressurise Central BJP leaders to heed to there demand to reinstate Yeddyurappa, seven of his royalists have offered to resign. Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Mr. Yeddyurappa informed that several ministers are angry with the chief minister because he has accused them of anti-party activities. He said that a decision on their resignation will be taken at an appropriate time. Chief Minister Sadanand Gowda is likely to hold discussions with party national President Nitin Gadkari on the present crisis.
