In Haryana, due to heavy rain in the catchment area of Yamunanagar district and 164 mm rainfall in Jagadhari on Saturday the water level has risen in Yamuna river. On Saturday night 94000 cusecs of water released from Hathnikund barrage. In the morning there was 44000 cusecs of water was recorded at Barrage out of which 18000 cusecs of water have been released in western Yamuna canal and remaining flowing in the Yamuna river. The 94000 cusecs of water released in the night is expected to reach Delhi on Monday.
