The World Trade Center India Services Council (WTCIS) has signed an agreement with National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) to promote and develop small businesses in the country. NIESBUD is an organisation under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which is engaged in training, consultancy as well as research, to promote entrepreneurship.According to a release issued in Mumbai today under the agreement, WTCIS would assist NIESBUD in promotion and development of entrepreneurial environment through training, research and consultancy, besides assisting organisations in developing and promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment. WTCIS Director Khair Ull Nissa said that the agreement is important in view of their endeavour to expand their services to the MSME sector in India.
