Former World Number one Caroline Wozniacki takes on top seed, Simona Halep in the Semifinals of WTA championship in Dubai today. Wozniacki overcame a persistent fever to reach the semi-finals of the Dubai Open for the fifth successive time yesterday. She beat Denmark's Flavia Pennetta 7-5, 6-0 in straight sets.In the other semi-final, two of the newest and most interesting young climbers in the world's top 30, Karolina Pliskova and Garbine Muguruza will be pitted against each other.
