Taking a final call, Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brijbhushan Singh today clearly stated that Narsingh Yadav will head for the Rio games as he earned the nation an Olympic quota in the 74-kg category. Putting a final stop on raging controversy between Sushil Kumar and Yadav, he said, the decision has been made, the one who has qualified will make to the Rio, adding that it has been the tradition of the country. Notably, Sushil was left out of the probables list sent to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) today. The WFI President also clarified that they had not made any statement regarding the trials between the grapplers and said that the whole issue was sensationalised by the media.
