Wrestler Amit Kumar loses quarterfinal, Narsingh gets knocked out

At the London Olympics today, India's wrestler Amit Kumar lost in the quarterfinals of the 55 kg Free style Event. Amit was defeated 1-3 by Vladimer Khinchegashvili of Georgia .

The 18 year old Sonepat wrestler, youngest ever to represent India in Olympics Wrestling, had earlier won against Hassan Rahimi of Iran 3-1 to enter the quarterfinal round.

Meanwhile, another Indian Grappler Narsingh Pancham Yadav lost his opening match to Matthew Gentry of Canada 1-3 in the 74 kg Free style category.
