Wreath laying ceremony of BSF martyred Jawan Head Constable Jatinder Kumar was held at BSF Jammu-Frontier Headquarter Palora this morning. Among others, Additional DG BSF Arun Kumar and heads of local civil and police administration presented floral tributes to the martyr. <br/><br/>Jitendra Kumar succumbed to injuries after being injured critically in Pakistani firing in RS Pura sector along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday. The body was later send for his native Motihari district in Bihar. Speaking to media on the occasion, Additional DG BSF Arun Kumar said that BSF will never fire first but will retaliate effectively if provoked.
