Yemeni senior officials today said that wounded President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who is in Saudi Arabia for treatment, will return the capital Sanaa within few days. They denied reports that Saleh would not return to Yemen. The officials including a senior aide to Mr. Saleh, the Deputy Information Minister Abdu al-Janadi and a high-ranking official of the Yemeni embassy in the Saudi capital of Riyadh have confirmed the President would return very soon.
