World’s first ‘Golden Hour Rescue Services’ to start trial run from 15th Sept

World’s first ‘Golden Hour Rescue Services’ project would start its trial run from September 15 on Amritsar-Pathankot national highway. The Central Government sponsored project would provide timely relief and treatment to road accident victims . This highway connects Amritsar with the Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu.

AIR correspondent reports, this stretch has been chosen for the project by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as it has witnessed over 2,400 accidents in the last one year.
