World Tubercluosis Day is being observed today acorss the globe to raise awareness about the devastating effects of the disease and efforts being made to prevent it.

This year the theme is 'Stop TB in My Lifetime'. Our correspondent reports that several functions and awareness campains are also being organised across the country.
