In the Hockey World League Semi Finals tournament, Indian eves registered a 3-1 victory over Poland last night at Antwerp, Belgium. Riding on Rani Rampal's brace and a goal from Vandana Katariya India boosted their chances of reaching the quarter-finals from Pool B. For Poland Magdalena Zagajska recorded their sole goal. Earlier, Indian eves had lost to Belgium and New Zealand dampening their chances to advance further in the tournament. They now meet Australia tomorrow and a comprehensive win will take them to the last 8 stage.
