He said every citizen can plant eight saplings towards saving the environment. <br />''<br />''Minister of State in the Environment Ministry Babul Supriyo asked people to plant a sapling and inspire others also to do so today and every day. <br />''<br />''Former cricketer Kapil Dev and Actors Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda also planted separate saplings on the occasion at Paryavaran Bhawan. Mr Dev said media has a responsibility to create awareness on the importance of planting trees to save planet earth. </span><br />
