The World Economic Forum, has opened its second Summit on the Global Agenda in Dubai today. Over 700 leaders from academia, business, government and civil society have gathered for the dialogue addressing some of the most pressing issues on the global agenda.<br/>Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the World Economic Forum Andr’ Schneider while opening the Summit called upon to seize the opportunity to rethink redesign and rebuild to help improve the state of the world.<br/>
