The first round Group A qualifying match of the World Cup Twenty20 cricket tournament between Oman and Netherlands scheduled at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, this afternoon, has been called off due to rain. Rain returned after Oman won the toss and elected to field. Netherlands are officially out of the race now. Another first round group A qualifying match is slated at the same venue later this evening. If this match between Bangladesh and Ireland is also washed out due to rain, then Oman and Bangladesh will tussle for one spot.India will face South Africa in their final World Twenty20 warm-up game in Mumbai tomorrow.
