Congress has said the World Culture Festival being organised by Art of Living will hurt the ecosystem of river Yamuna. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party spokesperson P L Punia said even as Delhi High Court described the event as an ecological disaster, the Central and the Delhi governments endorsed the event. Mr Punia said, the exercise may affect the flood carrying capacity and water recharging potential of the river.
