World Chess: Viswanathan Anand defeats Boris Gelfand

Indian Grandmaster Viswanathan Anand defeated his Israeli challenger Boris Gelfand in the Eighth game of the World Chess Championship in Moscow. Anand, playing with white pieces overpowered his opponent in the seventeenth move. Both the players were evenly matched till the sixth game while the seventh game was won by Gelfand. Now both the players have four points each while four more games are yet to be played.
