The New Delhi World Book Fair begins today. President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the nine-day event. The theme for this year's fair is Kathasagara: Celebrating Children’s Literature.

Author Ruskin Bond will be the guest of honour at the fair, which will see discussions, workshops and interactive session with authors and illustrators. Poland is guest country.
