World Bank provided 300 Million dollars for Second Technical Education Quality Improvement Project. Country Director Roberto Zagha signed an agreement with Anup K. Pujari, on behalf of the Government on Wednesday.<br/><br/>This is the second phase of an envisioned 15-year program initiated in 2002 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. International Development Association will provide interest-free loans with 35 years to maturity and a 10-year grace period.<br/>
