Ace Indian Shuttlers, Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu have waltzed into the Women's Singles quarterfinals of the World Badminton Championships at Copenhagen in Denmark. In the Pre-quarterfinals yesterday, while world number seven Saina defeated Sayaka Takahashi of Japan, 14-21, 21-18, 21-12, eleventh seed Sindhu edged past higher placed Yeon Ju Bae of Korea, 19-21, 22-20, 25-23. Saina and Sindhu, who are the two Indians left in the tournament, will take on the top two Chinese shutters today, for the semi-final berths. Saina will take on world number one Xuerui Li, while Sindhu will clash with the second placed Shixian Wang.
